Signe
Ballet · Core Elegance
Signe took her first ballet steps in Brazil at just three years old and was accepted into the Royal Danish Ballet School in Copenhagen at the age of nine. This marked the beginning of a career in the world of ballet – not just in Denmark, but also in the U.S.
In 2009, Signe changed direction and became an actress, a profession she still practices today. However, she has never left ballet behind and has taught ballet for over 13 years.
Signe is also certified in therapeutic dance and movement, and is a trained mindfulness coach. In the summer of 2024, she began her education as a psychomotor therapist, adding another layer to her understanding of the body and the therapeutic potential of dance.
Gregory
Core Elegance
Gregory Dean was born in London and raised in the countryside just outside the city. In 2008, he moved to Denmark to join the Royal Danish Ballet, where he became a principal dancer in 2013.
Throughout his acclaimed career, he danced leading roles in a wide and versatile repertoire and choreographed original works for the company.
After taking his final bow in March 2025, Gregory has begun a new chapter as a teacher, mentor, and guide. With years of experience in dance and bodywork, he is passionate about sharing the knowledge and insight he has gained.
He is a trained massage therapist and is set to begin his yoga teacher training later this year. Gregory believes in moving the body with flow, musicality, and strength – but above all, with care.
Femke
Core Elegance – Ballet
Femke is the creator of Core Elegance. With 3 decades of experience as a soloist with the Royal Danish Ballet, Core Elegance is her tribute to the body’s natural beauty and the magic of movement. She has performed on stages around the world in both classical ballets and modern, experimental works. Her deep experience has given her a unique understanding of the body’s potential – its beauty, strength, and vitality. Today, Femke shares her expertise with anyone who dreams of achieving a dancer’s grace, flexibility, and strength – regardless of age, background, or experience.

Lauréline
Ballet
French dancer Lauréline Epaulard began her career in Paris and at the Opéra National de Bordeaux before moving to Copenhagen in 2016 to join Tivoli Ballet Theatre and work freelance with the Royal Danish Ballet. In 2022, she won the choreography competition “Copenhagen Made”. In 2026, she founded the artistic collective “Off Stage København”, where she dances and choreographs with passion.
Silja
Pilates · Core Elegance · Children’s Ballet · Ballet
For Silja, dance and movement are languages in constant evolution.
She began her ballet education at the Royal Danish Ballet School at age eight and later graduated from the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts.
She has performed in both classical and contemporary works and collaborated with renowned choreographers such as Edward Clug, Iván Pérez, and Lillian Stillwell.
Beyond the stage, Silja has contributed to both choreographic and costume design processes.
She is also a certified Pilates and fitness instructor.
Her teaching blends technical excellence, creative curiosity, and a strong belief in movement as a path to strengthen both body and mind.
Isabella
Core Elegance
Isabella got her first pair of dance shoes at the age of three and, in the years that followed, explored several dance styles before discovering her passion for ballet. She trained at Tivoli Ballet School and was part of their pre-professional program before being accepted into the Royal Swedish Ballet School’s upper secondary program in Stockholm. After three years there, her journey took her to Italy, where she danced with a ballet company before returning home to Copenhagen.
Today, Isabella has traded the stage for needle and yarn. As an independent designer, she creates crochet and knitting patterns that bring others the joy of making beautiful, personal pieces. When she’s not working creatively or teaching, you can find her in the café, offering coffee and a warm atmosphere.
Mira
Yoga
Mira Ujvari teaches Yoga Flow – dynamic and energetic Vinyasa classes.
Her focus is on connecting fluid movement with breath.
She works with a variety of poses that build balance and increase flexibility, while also exploring challenging balancing postures with playfulness and mindfulness.
Anne
Pilates · Core Elegance
Anne has attended the Royal Danish Ballet School since the age of 12 and graduated as a ballet dancer in 2021, after which she danced in the corps de ballet for three years. She then decided to explore new paths and has since completed a Pilates matwork training. From August 2025, she will begin studying physiotherapy to gain even deeper knowledge about the body, movement, injuries, and treatment. Anne has a strong interest in movement and the body’s potential and wishes to share the joy of it with others.
Evelina
Pregnancy Yoga
Evelina fell in love with yoga in Morocco back in 2019. What began as a physical practice quickly became a meaningful part of her life—on and off the mat. In 2021, she quit her job and moved to Denmark to live with her Danish partner. She joined a local studio and fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga. That curiosity led her to do her first 200h teacher training a few months later, where she knew: this is what she wants to do. Since 2022, Evelina has been teaching in different studios, gyms, and online, accumulating over 1400 hours of teaching and earning her E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) certification. She then continued her teacher training, including pre- and postnatal yoga.
Yoga continues to expand Eve’s world. She will always be a student—grateful for the practice, the learning, and the opportunity to share it with others as a teacher.
